Overview

EdicorAI subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Within 48 hours of purchase AND no credits have been used
  • Technical issues preventing app use (after we've attempted to resolve)
  • Accidental purchase (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Duplicate charges (billing error)

❌ NOT Eligible for Refund

  • More than 48 hours since purchase
  • Credits have already been used
  • Subscription has auto-renewed (you should have canceled earlier)
  • You changed your mind after using the service
  • You didn't like the quality of generated images (quality is subjective)
  • You forgot to cancel before renewal

How to Request a Refund

For iOS Users (Apple App Store)

  1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the EdicorAI purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Select reason and submit

Processing Time: Apple typically processes refunds within 48 hours to 7 days.

For Android Users (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu → Account → Purchase history
  3. Find the EdicorAI purchase
  4. Tap "Request a refund"
  5. Follow the prompts

Processing Time: Google typically processes refunds within 4 business days.

Our Role in Refunds

Important

  • We (EdicorAI) do NOT process payments or refunds directly
  • All transactions are handled by Apple or Google
  • We cannot override their refund decisions
  • We cannot issue refunds outside of their systems

What we CAN do:

  • Provide technical support to resolve issues
  • Verify your account status
  • Confirm purchase details
  • Advocate on your behalf (if appropriate)

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling is NOT the same as a refund.

When you cancel:

  • You won't be charged for future months
  • Current subscription remains active until period ends
  • You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • Unused credits are forfeited
  • No refund for the current month

How to Cancel

iOS:

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → EdicorAI → Cancel Subscription

Android:

Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → EdicorAI → Cancel Subscription

Tip: Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems:

  1. Contact our support first: edicortech@gmail.com
  2. We'll attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  3. If we cannot resolve it, we'll support your refund request to Apple/Google
  4. Include our correspondence when requesting a refund

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly:

  1. Email edicortech@gmail.com with:
    • Purchase receipt
    • Description of the error
    • Screenshots of charges
  2. We'll investigate and contact Apple/Google if necessary

Fraudulent Charges

If you see unauthorized charges:

  1. Immediately report to Apple or Google
  2. Change your password
  3. Enable two-factor authentication
  4. Contact your bank/credit card company

Credits Policy

Used Credits

Once credits are used to generate images, they cannot be refunded. Generated images represent consumed service.

Unused Credits

If you cancel your subscription:

  • Unused credits expire at period end
  • Credits are NOT refundable
  • Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

Credit Errors

If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly:

  1. Email edicortech@gmail.com with:
    • Description of the issue
    • Date and time of incident
    • Screenshots if available
  2. We'll investigate and restore credits if an error occurred
