Getting Started

How do I use the app?
  1. Download EdicorAI from App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the app and select a template from the gallery
  3. Upload a photo or take a new one
  4. Tap "Generate" to create your AI-edited photo
  5. Download or share your result
Do I need an account?

No! You can use EdicorAI as a guest without creating an account.

Credits & Subscriptions

How do credits work?

Each photo generation uses 1 credit. Free users pay per generation. Pro users get 50 credits/month. Premium users get 150 credits/month.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits expire at the end of your monthly billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → EdicorAI → Cancel

Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → EdicorAI → Cancel

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Contact their support directly. Generally refunds are available within 48 hours if no credits were used.

Why was I charged?

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Check your subscription status in the App Store or Play Store.

Technical Issues

The app crashes when I open it

Try these steps:

  1. Force close the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for app updates in App Store/Play Store
  4. Reinstall the app (your subscription will remain)
  5. If issue persists, email us at edicortech@gmail.com
Image generation is taking too long
  • Check your internet connection
  • Pro and Premium users get faster processing
  • Peak hours may have slower speeds
  • Try again in a few minutes
Generated image quality is poor
  • Use high-resolution source photos (at least 1024x1024)
  • Ensure good lighting in original photo
  • Try different templates
  • Some templates work better with specific photo types
I can't download my generated image
  • Check storage permissions in device settings
  • Ensure you have enough storage space
  • Try again with a stable internet connection
  • Contact support if issue persists

Account & Data

How do I delete my account?
  1. Open the app → Settings
  2. Scroll to bottom → "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm deletion

Is my data safe?

Yes! Read our Privacy Policy for full details. Your photos are stored locally on your device and processed securely.

Can I use the app offline?

No. EdicorAI requires an internet connection to process images using AI.
